3 Dogs Woodworking is dedicated to infusing craftsmanship and functionality into
every creation we make. Located in Lansing, Steven specializes in crafting bespoke
furniture and custom pieces for his clientele. He meticulously selects locally sourced
hardwoods such as walnut, cherry, and maple, along with incorporating live-edge and
barn woods to fashion each piece with distinct character.

Steven’s affinity for woodworking blossomed during his youth while aiding his father in
constructing custom homes in Phoenix, AZ. Alongside his wife, they share a passion for
rescuing dogs and currently care for Scout and Blue, with Scout being one of the
original three dogs.

In 2020, Steven reignited his passion by founding 3 Dogs Woodworking. Collaborating with his youngest son’s vision of crafting custom-built pour-over coffee stations, they quickly carved out a unique niche in the coffee connoisseur market across the US. Producing an average of 100 stations annually.

Beyond coffee stations, Steven has crafted an array of custom bespoke furniture pieces for
clients throughout the greater Lansing area, including shelving units, workstations, bar
and countertops, bedside tables, end tables, memory boxes and benches. His
repertoire also extends to an assortment of bar items, such as beer flight paddles, wine
glass holders, customizable wine boxes, and nut bowls.
